The Indoors
Step inside and exhale. The Big Sea is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home filled with natural light, brand-new furnishings and a clean, timeless coastal style.
Gather in the open living room, cook together in the bright kitchen, then head out the door: the beach is a 4-minute walk, Alys Beach is a 5-minute bike ride, and six beach cruisers are waiting for you.
Bed | Bath
End every sun-soaked day somewhere soft. The primary suite has a king bed and its own bath. The guest suite has a queen bed and its own bath. And the bunk room, with four full beds and a full bath right next door, is where the best sleepover memories happen. Fresh linens, plush towels and new Kohler fixtures throughout.
Kitchen | Dining
Pancakes for the whole crew, a fresh catch-of-the-day dinner, a glass of wine once the kids are asleep. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, black granite counters and all-new cookware and dishes, with Serena & Lily barstools at the island and a sunny dining table made for long, lingering meals together.
The Outdoors
This is where your favorite hours happen. Coffee on the outdoor sofa at sunrise, cocktails under lantern light at dusk, the big game on the 55-inch TV, all on a screened-in porch wrapped in greenery, with floor-to-ceiling privacy shades for when you want it all to yourselves. The pool and the beach are just a short walk away.
The Amenities
Everything is ready the moment you arrive. Grab the eight backpack beach chairs and stroll to the private beach access, or explore 30A on six beach cruisers with helmets, locks and baskets. Cool off at the community pool, park in your two dedicated spots, and keep the beach towels fresh with the washer and dryer.
We stock the basics too: shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Just bring your swimsuit.
