Wow - What a Gem! My siblings and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and I must say it exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect-closer to the beach than I had anticipated, making daily strolls and sunset views absolutely effortless. The cleanliness of the space was top-notch. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful information and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. What truly blew me away, though, was how much more stunning the property was in person compared to the photos. Every detail-from the cozy furnishings to the beautiful decor-was even more charming and inviting than we could have imagined. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway near the beach with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to stay! Highly recommend! Will be in my favs to stay again!

AMAZING! Seriously had the best week staying here. The house is pristine and so cute. Host was amazing to work with! We messaged beforehand to ask if there were games at the house and she offered to Amazon some to the house, she was so accommodating! Bikes were so fun and we just really overall loved staying here! Can’t wait to come back!

I'm particular to a fault about vacation homes. My expectation is that the properties we rent should be at least as clean as my home and at least as nice. I don't tolerate clutter well and I want the furnishings to be comfortable and for the linens to feel luxurious. This property exceeded my expectations much to my family's delight. Beautifully decorated, functional, and pristine! Location was also a pleasant surprise since we hadn't stayed in that area before. It's a bit quieter than some spots along 30A which we enjoyed.

Everything was fabulous! Decor, layout, communication, amenities were all excellent. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. I would easily recommend this for a family or girls trip. We look forward to coming back!

Nice new cottage in a great location. It’s a very intimate space so if you’re looking for a spacious home with room to spread out, this isn’t it. The lovely back porch is the only true separate space as the bedrooms are close together and immediately off of the living space. The space is equipped with everything you’ll need including games. We had fun on the bikes!

I hosted my bachelorette party here and LOVED it! We found the home easily, the neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable to the beach. There are beach cruisers included with the home as well! We loved the decor and the kitchen space was perfect for us to make breakfast and lunch, and there were restaurants nearby for us to eat. I would plan ahead because there is only parking for two cars at the home, but there is a Publix about 10 mins away that we used to park our other cars! The host was so sweet with great instructions and was vey responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay, would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and cozy for our family. There were some kid-friendly items available to use such as a pack-n-play for our baby and a bathroom stool for our 5 year old to use as needed. We loved the bunk bed setup for accomodating more children if needed. The beach was within walking distance even with young children in tow and was very clean and not nearly as crowded as I had expected. At times, we were the only family on the whole beach. The pool was just a few steps away. The host was friendly and responsive. The back porch was surrounded by greenery which felt very serene. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay at Gulf Bear. We loved having 6 bikes for our kids to get around and it ended up being our favorite feature. They had enough soap and towels to get us through our stay and very good instructions. Flexible check in. We loved the coffee shop at the entrance. Lovely people and they also had good pizza! This is a great stay for someone looking for a private peaceful neighborhood that is in between the towns and easy to get to. The beach access was wonderful as well. We hope to stay further in town near seaside next time, but this is perfect for a versatile location as well. You can easily bike to rosemary beach and to seaside which is a little further. Overall a very good experience.
